摘 要:目的为促进构建高职护理专业"教学做合一"教材体系,现探讨该类教材体系构建长期滞后的原因。方法采用多视角分析法,从历史、管理、改革、发展等多角度探讨该现象的原因,并由此提出改进措施。结果我国普通高等护理教育专科层次仍沿袭临床医学的教学模式,各管理部门间的执业证书互不认可,部分高职院校护理专业"教学做合一"教材改革仍出现一些似是而非的现象,在教学中片面追求技能训练而忽视对学生评判性思维能力的培养。结论构建高职护理专业"教学做合一"教材体系必须以护理程序为基础,以"必需、够用"的原则遴选医学基础知识,开发以临床护理案例为载体的系列教材;同时,落实护理工作任务分层管理,实现护理行业准入制度与国际接轨。Objective: In order to promote the construction of nursing teaching material system, we discuss the causes of teaching material system hysteresis. Methods: use multi-angle analysis, to explore the causes of the phenomenon from the history, management, reform, development, etc. , and thus put forward the improvement measures. Results: Our higher nursing education still follow the clinical medical teaching mode, the practicing certificates in different management departments are not recognized mutually, the nursing specialty teaching materials reform in part of higher vocational colleges is doubtful, pursuing skill training and ignoring the cultivation of students' critical thinking abihty. Conclusion: The construction of nursing teaching material system must be based on nursing procedure, obey certain principles to select basic medical knowledge with clinical nursing case series as the carrier; at the same time, implementing nursing work task hierarchy management, to realize nursing industry access system in line with international standards.
