摘　　要：目的了解浦东新区青少年健康危险行为流行现状,为各级卫生、教育部门制订相关政策,改正中小学生不良生活习惯及进行相关干预工作提供科学依据。方法调查问卷统一使用上海市疾病预防控制中心提供的"上海市青少年健康相关行为调查问卷",采用多阶段分层抽样方法,抽取浦东新区中心城区、郊区中心镇和农村地区21所中学和2所职技校5 768名学生进行问卷调查。结果此次调查对象有效问卷5 641人,有效率97.80%。不同性别、校别和地区的学生一般日常活动情况的发生率相比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=174.807,P<0.01;χ2=153.565,P<0.01;χ2=101.170,P<0.01)。结论各级部门和传媒机构有必要建立合作机制,针对不同地区、不同性别及不同年龄层次的学生,制订有针对性地宣传教育和干预措施,及时发现学生人群中出现的不良行为或消极情绪,通过提高知晓率,从改变不良的生活习惯和生活方式入手,培养青少年自我防护能力,加强沟通,减缓外界环境造成的趋势前移,让青少年产生自信,建立良好的同伴和社会关系,提高他们应对事物的积极性和协调性,进而顺利度过青少年健康危险行为的高发期,并且通过不断实践和巩固,形成健康、良好的成年人生活技能。Objective To understand the prevalence status of health- related risk behaviors of middle school students in Pudong New Area, so as to provide the evidence for policy-making of health and education administration departments. Methods A total of 5 642 students from 21 middle schools and 2 vocational technology schools in city center, center towns, and rural areas were selected by a stratified cluster sampling method, and investigated by using Health-related Risk Behaviors Questionnaire for Shanghai Adolescents from Shanghai Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Results Among the 5 768 students investigated, 5641 questionnaires were collected, and the effective rate was 97.80 %. The differences of prevalence on daily activities and behaviors of different genders, school types and regions were statistically significant （ X2 = 174.807, P 〈 0.01 ; X2 = 153.565, P〈 O. 01; X2 = 101. 170, P 〈 O. O1 ）. Conclusions All the levels of government, education, health administration departments and social media agencies need to establish a cooperative mechanisms to develop an appropriate educational and prevention planning for different regions, genders and age groups of students, playing the advantage of the school＇s platform and providing a good youth-oriented environment for implementation of public education and interventions for improving the healthy life habits of adolescents.
