摘　　要：基于社会网络视角对个体在组织内部制度创业的可能性和动因进行研究。根据组织内部的正式和非正式网络,将个体的网络位置划分为4种类型,并依次分析了不同网络位置对个体资源获取、利益期望进而对其制度创业能力、意愿的影响,以期丰富制度创业在微观个体层面的研究,同时也为宏观层面的制度变迁提供启示。This research attempts to analysis Institutional entrepreneur＇s ability and motivation from the internal social network perspective. We divide individual＇s social network position into four types, and analyze the impact of each type on actor＇s resource acquisition and expectation of interests, and their ability and intention of institutional entrepreneurship. It is expected to enrich the micro level research on institutional entrepreneurship and offer enlightenment for the reform of the macro level system.
