摘  要:当今世界,以新能源、新材料、新技术与互联网的高度交互融合与创新的第三次工业革命扑面而来。第三次工业革命所需求的高素质劳动者和创新型人才给全球的人才培养模式带来了严峻挑战。面对挑战,我国教育改革应该积极应对,顺势而为,构建中国人才培养新模式,培养出适应第三次工业革命需要的各类人才。从转变思想观念做起,调整教学内容,使教学内容与时俱进;将教育信息化上升为国家战略;积极完善终身教育体系;加速教育国际化进程;大力加强师资队伍建设;加快教育体制改革与制度创新;推进相关教育立法。Abstract: In the modern times, the third industrial revolution keeps on coming in a world of fusion and innovation of integrating new energy, new materials, new technologies with the internet. The demand of high-quality workers and innovative talents has brought severe challenges to the global talent cultivation mode. Facing these challenges, we should take advantage of an opportunity and construct the new mode of talent training so as to bring up various talents adapting to the third industrial revolution. We should start from changing ideas and adjust the teaching contents as soon as possible to make the teaching content keep pace with the times. We should regard education informatization as the national strategy, and improve lifelong educational system. We should promote the process of internationalization of education, and strengthen the construction of teaching staff. We should speed up the reform of educational system and the innovation of institution, and carry out the process of education legislation.
