摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定各种茶叶废料中8种多酚类成分以及咖啡碱的含量。方法:色谱柱:Agilent SB-Aq C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);柱温30℃,流动相:0.6%甲酸-水溶液(A)-乙腈(B);梯度洗脱;0~60min:5%B~30%B;流速0.8mL/min;检测波长278nm。结果:表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)、没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(GCG)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)、表儿茶素(EC)、咖啡碱(CA)、没食子酸(GA)、原儿茶酸(PA)、没食子儿茶素(GC)、表没食子儿茶素(EGC)在10ng~20 g之间呈良好的线性关系(r>0.99),且重复性和稳定性RSD小于15%。结论:此方法简便、准确,重现性良好,为评价各类茶叶的质量提供可靠的分析方法。The contents of eight tea polyphenols and caffeine in wastes from various types of tea were determined by high performance liquid chromatography using 0.6% formic acid-water (A)-acetonitrile (B) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min with gradient elution from 0 to 60 min (5%–30% B). The column was Agilent SB-Aq C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The HPLC column temperature was 30 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 278 nm. The results showed a good linear relationship (r 〉 0.99) for epigallocatechin gallate, gallocatechin gallate, epicatechin gallate, epecatechin, caffeine, gallic acid, protocatechuic acid, gallocatechin and epigallocatechin in the concentration range of 10 ng to 20 μg. The RSDs of repeatability and stability were both less than 15%. This method was simple, accurate and repeatable and allowed reliable analysis of tea wastes.
