摘 要:对日本晚樱花挥发油的化学成分进行气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析,并以DPPH自由基、ABTS+·、亚硝酸钠清除作用为指标,以1mg/mLVC或2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)为阳性对照评价挥发油的抗氧化活性。结果表明:从挥发油中鉴定出28个化合物,占挥发油总量的84.54%,以倍半萜和醛类为主;挥发油对DPPH自由基、ABTS+·、亚硝酸钠有明显的清除作用,样品量与清除率间呈量效关系,且清除效果优于1mg/mLVC或BHT。The chemical components of volatile oil from the flowers of Prunus lanneciana were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The antioxidant activity of the volatile oil was evaluated by DPPH and ABTS free radical and sodium nitrite scavenging assays with 1 mg/mL VC or BHT as the positive control. The results showed that twenty-eight compounds representing 84.54% of the total constituents were identified. Some sesquiterpenoids and aldehydes were identified as the major components in the volatile oil. It scavenged DPPH and ABTS free radicals and sodium nitrite in a concentration-dependent manner, and showed better scavenging capacity than 1 mg/mL VC or BHT.
