“公地悲剧”预警下的中国白酒产业现状及宜宾酒业发展

摘　　要：中国白酒从消费者和产业市场分析,具有公地属性。当前由于白酒市场需求持续稳定,白酒企业大刀阔斧地进行技改扩能,且被外路资本纷纷瞄准并进入,产业过度初步呈现,"公地悲剧"效益苗头有所显现。宜宾作为中国白酒之都,应警醒"公地悲剧"效应的波及,坚持走集约型和内涵式的发展道路,以文化和人才为支撑,在龙头企业的带动下积极开拓国内外市场,共赢未来。Chinese liquor industry have characteristics of commons analysed by the customer and liquor industry market.The current Chinese liquor industry situation presents that the market demand is sustained and stable;many enterprise choose the technical innovation performance that the liquor capacity has skyrocketed,and external capital already started coming to the China liquor industry.Over-entry and the tragedy of commons have beginning to form in Chinese liquor industry.As the Chinese Liquor capital,Yibin should beware of the influence of the tragedy of commons,and adhere to the road of development and connotation of the intensive type,and should be supported by culture and talent,and develop the market abroad and at home led by leading enterprises such as Wuliangye,and cooperate with each other to achieve win-win goals.
