四齿差谐波齿轮传动柔轮的强度特征

摘  要:通过分析柔轮的轮齿影响系数和齿根应力集中系数 ,得出四齿差谐波齿轮传动的 kt值比其对应的二齿差谐波齿轮传动至少减小 1 0 ,而且 kσ值也有减小 ,这导致四齿差谐波齿轮中柔轮应力水平的降低 .通过有限元分析发现 ,由于刚度不连续现象的减弱 ,四齿差谐波齿轮传动中柔轮的变形形状更接近于理论值 ,这改善了传动的啮合质量 ,降低了动载荷 ;柔轮所需的变形力降低到 75 ,因此波发生器与柔性轴承及柔轮环节的磨损减弱 ,提高了传动效率 ;柔轮齿根最大应力值之比的有限元分析结果与考虑轮齿影响系数Presents that the value of k t in four tooth difference(FTD) harmonic drive is at least ten per cent less than that in its corresponding two tooth difference(TTD) harmonic drive, and the value of k σ decreases also, by analyzing the effect coefficient of gear tooth(ECGT) and stress concentration coefficient on tooth root(SCCRT). This results in the decrease of stress level in FTD harmonic drive. Drew the following conclusions derived from applying finite element method(FEM): on account of the weakening of stiffness discontinuousness, the deformation form of flexspline in FTD harmonic drive is more close to the theoretical form, this leads to the improvement of meshing quality and decrease of dynamic load; The deformation force needed by flexspline in FTD harmonic drive decreases to seventy five percent, the weakening of wear among the wave generator flexbearing flexspline chain increases transmission efficiency, the FEM analysis result of ratio of the maximum stress on flexspline tooth root approaches to theoretical evaluation.
