摘  要:目的:探讨简化OSCE在护理学专业本科毕业生临床能力评价中的应用。方法:参考经典的OSCE模式设计简化OSCE,对考试成绩进行统计学分析,设计调查问卷了解考生的评价。结果:简化OSCE平均成绩为(80.38±4.22)分,考试的信度为0.71,难度和区分度分别为0.80和0.10。多数毕业生对简化OSCE比较满意。结论:简化OSCE能够客观地反映护理学专业本科毕业生的临床能力,经进一步的改进和完善后可在毕业技能考试中常规应用。Objective: To explore application of simplified OSCE in evaluating clinical competence of college nursing undergraduates. Methods: The simplified OSCE mode was designed based on classic OSCE. The examination scores and the questionnaire results were statistically analyzed. Results: Scores of simplified OSCE were normally distributed within a reasonable scope with the mean score ( 80.38 ± 4.22 ). The overall reliability Cronbach'S alpha of simplified OSCE was 0.71 and the difficulty and differentiation coefficients were 0.80 and 0.10 respectively. Students were mostly satisfied with the design and organization of simplified OSCE. Conclusion : Simplified OSCE can objectively evaluate nursing students'clinical competence and can be used routinely in graduation clinical skills examination although some improvements in the design of the examination content are still needed.
