摘　　要：良好的医患沟通能力是医患双方进行医疗行为的关键,是医学生必备的职业素质之一,在现阶段,加强住院医师尤其是实习医师医患沟通能力的培养是对医学生全面素质培养的迫切需要。产科是医疗风险高、纠纷多的科室,进行产科住院医师及实习医生医患沟通技巧模拟训练尤为重要,对降低产科医疗纠纷有重要作用。The ability of manipulating physician-patient communication is very importent in medical practice, and it is undoubtedly needed to be developed during medical education. This paper attempts to reveal the deficiency of Chinese medical education on physician -patient communication, and a new measure has also been recommended to improve the conditions, that is the competition of physician-patient communication training.
