摘 要:目的:探索PBL与病例教学法相结合在提高核医学教学效果中的作用。方法:教学对象分为传统教学对照组和PBL病例教学研究组,每组56人。比较两组学生的理论测试、临床测试及满意度测评。结果:对照组的理论测试与临床测试成绩分别为82.4±4.9,81.6±4.8,明显低于研究组的86.1±3.8(P<0.05)和87.6±4.8(P<0.05)。研究组的学习兴趣、课堂气氛及教学效果均明显优于对照组。结论:PBL病例教学法能明显提高学生的综合素质教学效果。Objective: To explore the new method to improve the quality of teaching for nuclear medicine by combining the problem- based learning and case method (PBL-case method). Methods: 112 students were divided into two groups, 56 for tradition teaching, the other 56 students for PBL-case method. The results of regular paper examination, clinic examination and satisfaction comments were compared between the two groups. Results: The results of regular paper examination and clinic examination for the tradition teaching group are 82.4 ±4.9 and 81.6± 4.8 respectively which is significant lower than PBL-case method group 86.1 ±3.8 (P 〈 0.05) and 87.6 ±4.8 (P 〈 0.05 ) ; learning interesting, class atmosphere, and teaching effecting of the satisfaction comment of the students in tradition group is much less than PBL-case method group. Conclusion: By combining the problem-based learning and case method the efficacy of nuclear medicine teaching has significantly improved.
