摘　　要：本文论述了语言学习策略的定义和分类,分析了语言学习策略的重要性,从元认知策略、情感策略和社会策略三方面对网络环境下如何培养大学生英语学习策略进行了探讨,并提出了提高网络环境下英语学习效果的建议。This essay expounds the definitions of language learning strategies, analyzes the importance of the strategies, and studies the cultivation of the strategies for English learning of college and university students in the aspects of meta-cognitive, affective and social strategies as well as presenting relevant suggestions.
