摘　　要：首都经贸大学OTA是国内高校中最早设立的教师发展机构之一,取得了系列先行的经验。OTA独特的机构设置、全面丰富的教师发展活动、极富特色的教师职业生涯规划以及国际性和开放性是OTA取得良好的实施效果的重要因素。OTA of Capital University of Economics tions for domestic teacher development, which has ties for teacher development and distinctive career and Business is one of the earliest established organiza- obtained some experience.
