高职院校工科专业群建设的研究与实践——以扬州职业大学土建类专业群建设为例

摘　　要：专业群建设对促进高职院校人才培养水平提升具有重要意义。文章以扬州职业大学土建类专业群建设为例,从专业群建设的思路分析入手,分别从人才培养体制创新、课程体系的开发、实训体系设计、双师型教学团队的培养、专业群运行管理机制和运行机制建立、产学研合作平台建设六个方面,重点阐述专业群建设的内容,以期对高职院校工科专业群建设提供参考。The construction of specialty group has important significance to promoting the talents training level in higher vocational colleges. Taking the construction of civil engineering specialty group in Yangzhou Poly- technic College as an example, this paper begins with the analysis of the thinking on specialty groups build- ing. Then it mainly elaborates the building content of specialty groups from six aspects such as the innovation of talent-training system, development of curriculum system, design of practical training and teaching system, training of double-professional teachers, establishment of specialty groups management and operational mecha- nism, building of the platform for industry-academy-rResearch cooperation, etc. , thus providing reference for engineering specialty groups construction in higher vocational colleges.
