四川省GB2760-2011《食品添加剂使用标准》跟踪评价及对策建议

摘　　要：本研究对四川省部分地区执行GB2760-2011《食品添加剂使用标准》情况进行了跟踪评价情况分析。分析显示,GB2760-2011在生产企业、监管检验部门中的普及率较高,但仍存在食品分类系统不完善;标准缺少配套释义;培训针对性不强等问题。为此提出以下建议:完善食品分类与编码系统;出台标准配套释义;开展有针对性宣传培训;及时汇总相关公告及信息等。This retrospective to GB 2760-2011 ＂standard of using food additives ＂ has carried on the follow-up eval- uation. Analysis shows, according to GB 2760-2011 production enterprises, supervision inspection department in the pene- tration rate is higher, but food classification system is still imperfect; The standard lack a complete set of definitions; De- partment training pertinence is not strong, etc. Therefore, the study suggested to improve food classification and coding sys- tem; A interpretation standard of form a complete set; Carry out a targeted publicity and training; Timely collect relevant announcements and information, etc.
