摘　　要：糯玉米具有丰富的营养价值和可观的经济效益,从糯玉米的食用加工出发,分析当前糯玉米的食用产品开发及其发展趋势可知,我国糯玉米的深加工水平亟待提高。Waxy corn is rich in nutritional ingredients and has considerable, economic benefit. Based on food processing, the development of the present waxy corn products is analyzed, and the prospect of its future shows that the deep processing of waxy corn in China should be improved urgently.
