摘　　要：在国家实施新农村发展战略的背景下,技工院校的农村职业教育有其特殊的历史意义。本文以山东医药技师学院为例,依托涉农专业优势,探讨了中草药种植专业弹性学分制教学模式,以适应新型职业农民培训,更好地服务于新农村建设。On the background of practicing national modern development strategy in countryside, rural vocational educa- tion of vestibule school has a particular historic significance. On the basis of professional advantage on agriculture - related subject that set up in Shandong Medicine Tachnician College, teaching model on flexibility educational system and score - point system of herb- planting subject is investigated,with the result that can fit to train the modern occupational farmer, and serve for the building of countryside.
