摘 要:现代教师的专业发展从本质而言是基于社会参与网络中的一种知识共享过程。知识共享是作为知识的拥有者和知识需求者的教师在专业发展的共同关注下,通过各种交换形式和传播途径,与其他教师进行知识共同分享的动态过程。从本质上而言,教师知识共享网络是一种社会参与网络,教师的知识共享行为是网络中的社会行动。教师知识的"嵌入性"特点、知识共享的阶段性特征、以抽象性信任为基础的网络的关系性维度以及以教师社会行动为网络的结构性维度共同构成了教师共享网络,并决定其运行的效率。然而,教师共享网络的形成并不是没有障碍的,其组成和运行需要一定的条件作为保障。The essence of teachers" professional development is knowledge sharing in social network. Teachers" knowledge sharing is the dynamic process that teachers, as the owners and at the same time the demanders of knowledge, share their knowledge under the common concern of professional development with multiple forms and methods. Teachers" knowledge sharing network is essentially social network, and teachers" knowledge sharing is the social actions in the network. The sharing network is formed and its efficiency is determined by the embededness of teachers" knowledge, the stages of knowledge sharing, relationships based on abstract trust, and teachers" social actions. However, there are some obstacles in the formation of teachers" knowledge sharing network, and certain eonditions should be met to guarantee the construction and operation of the network.
