摘 要:企业职能部门绩效考核制度的实施,是摆在管理者面前的一个棘手难题。本文将流程思想运用到岗位管理中,采取基于工作流程的绩效考核方法,针对职能部门绩效管理中容易出现的问题落实绩效管理理念,关注整个绩效过程而非仅仅考核环节、关注员工发展而非仅仅奖罚手段、关注发展而非过去、注重双向沟通而非单向施压,有效提高岗位精细化管理水平,使难以执行的规程、流程、标准不断改进和升级,以夯实了企业组织管理的基础,为企业追求卓越绩效提供有效路径。The gap between implementation and expectation of enterprise function departments performance appraisal system is a thorny issue in company management. Applying workflow management concept to performance management practice can improve the enterprise' s meticulous and standardization management level, which could tamp the basis for performance management. The meticulous workflow appraisal system of enterprise function departnaent is a system which implements the philosophy and method of performance excellence management to solve highlights problems of enterprise performance management. The meticulous workflow management concerns the entire performance process rather than just appraisal, concerns employee development rather than just reward or punishment, focus on the future rather than the past, focus on two- way communication rather than a unidirectional pressure, which provides an effective path for tobacco commercial enterprise to pursue excellent performance.
