餐饮业市场发展与城镇居民在外饮食估计

摘　　要：饮食业的发展推动了城镇居民在外饮食支出的增长 ,现行城镇居民在外饮食支出估计远远滞后于餐饮业大发展 ,经过城镇居民在外饮食水平的估计 ,得出结论 :城镇居民在外饮食水平为 5 0 0元左右 ,在外饮食弹性能达到 1% ,城镇居民收入增加的 5 %将用于在外饮食消费支出。The development of catering trade promotes urban residents' expenses on dining. It is estimated that the urban residen t' s expenses on restaurant lags belind the development of catering trade. By evaluating the current situation,the paper draws a conclusion that 5% increasing income will be spent on catering by the urban resident.
