摘　　要：语文教师的本职工作是语文教学,语文教学质量的高低,取决于语文教师的阅读能力。阅读能力是语文教师从事教学工作的必备能力,也是语文教师的核心职业能力:阅读能力是语文教学的基础能力,阅读能力决定语文教学目标的制订,阅读能力左右教学方法的选用。Language teaching is the basic job of Chinese Teachers, and the quality of language teaching deends on the language teachers＇ reading ability. Reading ability is the necessary working ability of Chinese teachers in teaching, also the core of language teachers＇ vocational abitlity： reading ability is the basic ability, which will influence the formulation of teaching aim and the selection of teaching methods.
