摘  要:名师工作室在省级中小学骨干教师培训中发挥了重要作用,在对名师及名师工作室进行界定的基础上,概括出名师工作室的效能:名师引领,榜样示范;精彩的课例示范让老师们感受着数学课堂的魅力;教材研修,提高教师驾驭教材的能力;开发优秀课例,促进与当地教师交流研讨;等等,这些均有力促进了骨干教师的专业成长.The teacher studios ha teacher in primary and secondary sch and generalizes the effects of the teac up models; their wonderful lesson classroom teaching and with their ab control the teaching material; by communication and discussion among ve played an important role in the provincial training of the backbone ools. This paper defines the excellent teachers and teacher studios, her studios as follows: in their studios, excellent teachers guide, set demonstrations enable teachers to feel the charm of mathematics ility of textbook analysis bettered, teachers improve their ability to developing of outstanding cases, excellent teachers promote the local teachers, which enhance the development of backbone teachers.
