摘 要:大学教师教学发展中心的建设,要立足教学转型带来的挑战,以教学培训为核心、教育改革为主题、经验分享为宗旨、质量评估为引领、教学学术为导向,旨在全面促进大学教学水平的持续提升。中心开展工作要遵循服务而不是管理为先,一切以实证为基础,多元参与,强化沟通四项原则。大学教师教学发展中心建设策略包括在各个层面构建教师教学发展中心的战略意义、学会应对压力和挑战、运用多层方式开展工作,以及持续行动。By taking training as its core, education reform as its theme, experience sharing as its aim, quality evaluation as its bellwether and the academic as its guide, the Faculty Teaching Development Center should promote a sustainable improvement of teaching in the university. Some principles should be followed in the Center's work such as service instead of management, practice based, multilateral participation and strengthened communication. Strategies of building Faculty Teaching Development Center should include multi-level stresses on its strategic significance, learning to face pressure and challenge, multi-modes application and sustained efforts.
