摘  要:将遥操作技术应用到空间材料加热实验中,通过设计晶体生长加热炉试验遥操作系统,建立遥操作主从端试验环境和加热炉温度场预测仿真模型,根据温度场预测仿真结果实时修正试验过程,人机交互地完成了可更换样品的晶体生长加热炉试验。试验结果表明,通过遥操作来控制空间材料加热试验,可以提高试验的效率和成功率。The purpose of this paper is to apply tele-operation in the space materials heating experiment. The tele-operation system for crystal growth furnace experiment was designed and the masterslave test environment based on man-machine interaction was built. The prediction and simulation models of heating furnace temperature field were also established. The test procedure was corrected in real time according to the prediction and simulation results of temperature field. The crystal growth furnace experiment based on crystal samples replacement was completed by man-machine interaction. The experiment results showed that the tele-operation could improve space materials heating experiment's viability and effectiveness.
