摘　　要：为了适应应用型人才培养目标,我院对有机化学的教学方法、手段及考核模式进行了改革:采用问题教学法和研讨式教学法,将多媒体教学课件和网络教学应用于有机化学教学活动中,构建了多元化考核方式。有机化学教学模式的改革,提升了学生综合素质,有利于培养学生的创新能力。Teaching methods, means and examination mode must be reformed in order to adapt to the training objectives of the applied talents. In organic chemistry teaching, problem-driven and deliberative teaching approach are used, the multimedia teaching courseware and network teaching are applied , the diversified examination mode is established. The reform is helpful in enhancing the overall quality of the students for innovative talents,
