小学教师职业幸福感的现状调查与研究——以石家庄地区为例

摘　　要：为研究石家庄地区小学教师职业幸福感的现状,对石家庄地区的437名小学教师进行了教师职业幸福感的问卷调查.结果发现石家庄地区小学教师职业幸福感总体水平较高,但身体健康状况较差.班主任与语文教师的职业幸福感比较差,艺体类教师与50岁以上教师的职业幸福感较高.A survey of 437 primary school teachers in Shijiazhuang areas is conducted to study the status quo of their sense of vocational happiness. The results show that the overall level of the primary school teachers＇ sense of vocational happiness is high, but their physical health is poor. The sense of vocational happiness of class advisers and Chinese teachers is lower, while that of artistic and physical teachers and teachers aged over 50 is higher.
