摘 要:研究金属带式无级变速器(V–belt continuously variable transmission,CVT)的夹紧力控制问题,对传统的安全因子的夹紧力控制策略进行改进,使改进后的CVT夹紧力更小。通过分析夹紧力与能量损失的关系,并结合金属带与带轮之间的摩擦特性,提出了基于滑移率的夹紧力控制策略。设计了滑移率控制器,建立CVT转矩传递的Simulink模型,在不同的节气门开度下,对两种控制策略进行了仿真。结果表明,基于滑移率的夹紧力控制策略,在一定程度上减小了夹紧力,提高了CVT的传递效率。The clamping force control of V - belt continuously variable transmission was studied. The improve- ment of traditional force control strategy based on security makes the control force smaller. Considering the analysis of relation between force control and energy loss, and the combination of frictional characteristics of steel band and belt pulley, a clamping force control strategy based on slip ratio was proposed. Then slip control was designed and the torque transmission model of CVT was established. Then a simulation of two control strategies has been done in differ- ent throttle positions. The simulation results were compared with experimental data for verification. The results show that the clamping force control strategy based on slip ratio can reduce clamping force to some extent and improve transfer efficiency of CVT.
