摘 要:构建企业和谐劳动关系不仅是人力资源管理领域中的重要课题,更是和谐社会建设中的关键点。党和政府高度重视并希望很好地解决它,社会各界也希望有健全的劳动关系协调机制。为了遏制劳资双方利益冲突直接化和尖锐化,需要政府、工会、媒体、企业主、员工等劳动关系主体衔接联动。文章综述了国内外企业劳动关系研究现状,分析了企业劳动关系不同管理主体的协同障碍及其原因,提出了"五力"联动管理思路。The harmonious labor relation is an important issue in both human resource management and the construction of harmonious society. The Communist Party of China and the government attach great importance to this issue and all social sectors need a perfect coordinative mechanism for labor relations. To avoid the intensification of the contradictions of the employer and the employed, such forces as the government, the trade union, the press, the business owner and the employee should all work an a coordinated way. With a review of the researches of the labor relations home and abroad, this article makes an analysis of the obstacles for the coordinated management of labor relations in enterprises and puts forward the "five-force" linkage management.
