摘　　要：青年教师是高等院校不断进步和发展的动力,是提升高校教育教学质量的力量和源泉。因此,怎样建设一支业务精湛、科研过硬、师德优良、稳定进取的青年教师队伍是目前高校亟待研究的重要课题。本文就加强青年教师队伍建设的意义以及问题加以分析和研究,提出不断探索加强高等院校青年教师队伍建设的有效途径和方法。Young teachers are the powers of colleges continue to progress and development, are the strength and resources to improve the quality of education of colleges and universities. Therefore, how to build a young teacher team masterly profession, research skills, excellent stability and enterprising is an important topic in the study： In this paper, the significance and problem of young teachers team construction are analyzed and researched, and put forward some effective ways and method to strengthen the construction of young teachers in colleges and universities.
