摘  要:以促进稻草秆腐熟速度为目的,分别研究了速效碳源、速效氮源和接种量对真菌F23、产纤维素酶和半纤维素酶能力的影响,并对该菌种进行鉴定。结果表明:蔗糖和尿素是真菌F23快速启动稻草秆降解的首选速效碳源和氮源。通过正交试验筛选适合F23产酶的最佳培养条件为1.5%蔗糖、1.5%尿素和7.5%接种量。根据该菌株的形态特征、培养特征的观察,ITS序列分析,鉴定菌株F23为黑曲霉。Starting from promotion of the decomposition rate of straw stalks,the impacts of availabe carbon and avilable nitrogen sources and inoculum amount on cellulase and hemicellulase producing capacity of F23 were studied.The results showed that sucrose and carbamide were the preferred carbon and nitrogen sources for straw-degradation.The optimal culture conditions for enzyme production of the strain F23 were screened through the orthogonal test.The results illustrated that the optimum conditions for fermentation were 1.5% sucrose,1.5% carbamide and 7.5% inoculum amount.The strain F23 was identified as Aspergillus niger according to its morphological,cultural characteristics and sequence analysis of the ITS region.
