摘　　要：增强高职学生的就业竞争力,培养真正满足社会需要的高职人才,是高职教学过程中的重要任务。为了缩短高职教育与行业、企业生产实际差距,需要建立、完善和规范实践教学管理运行机制。针对我院汽车工程系实践教学存在的问题提出相应对策。Enhancing the employing competitiveness of vocational students, and cultivating genuine vocational talents are important tasks in the process of vocational education. In order to narrow the gap between vocational education and industry production, practical teaching management mechanism should be established and perfected. Some specific countermeasures are put forward in this papertosolvetheexistingproblemsinourcollege.
