摘　　要：采用福林酚法测定了六盘水市六枝特区、盘县和水城县三个县级行政区所产茶叶中茶多酚的含量,运用准确度、精密度及回收率等为评价指标,对研究数据的可靠性进行了验证。结果表明:六盘水市各地高山绿茶的茶多酚含量适中,含量在14.96%～23.58%之间,整体呈现出较优良的品质。The Folin-phenol reagent method is used to determine the content of tea polyphenol in Liuzhi, Panx- inn and Shuicheng three counties which belong to Liupanshui city. The accuracy, precision and recovery are used as the evaluation index to verify the reliability of the study data. The results in^licate that the green tea polyphenol have moderate content all over mountains in the Liupanshui region, and the tea polyphenol con- tent between 14.96% to 23.58%. The green tea in Liupanshui region overall appears to be excellent quality.
