网络文化背景下的大学德育改革

摘　　要：网络文化与大学德育存在着紧密的关系。首先,网络的发展不仅是一种技术,更是一种文化;其次,大学德育教育中人的培养离不开先进文化的熏陶和默化。由于网络文化具有多元性、开放性、虚拟性和时效性特点给大学德育带来了挑战。因此,必须充分利用网络,坚持育人为本,创新德育技术和优化德育方法,提高德育教师素质,塑造专家型德育队伍,从而发挥网络文化对大学德育的价值导向功能。Network culture and university moral education have close relationship.First of all ,the development of network is not only a kind of technology, but also a kind of culture;secondly,the cultivation of university moral education is effected by the advanced culture.However,due to the network culture is pluralistic,opening,virtual and aging,these characteristics bring challenge to university moral education.Therefore,the university moral education should make full use of network, adhere to people-centered education,moral education innovation technology and optimization method of moral education, improving moral quality of teachers and creating expert teachers of moral education, and making network culture play an actively role to the university moral education.
