摘  要:分别比较了AB-8,D101,S-8,NKA-9,001*8,D113,201*7,D301,8种树脂对软枣猕猴桃多糖水溶液的脱蛋白效果及多糖保留效果。在静态吸附试验研究的基础上,筛选较好的树脂进行动态吸附试验研究。结果显示,在优化的静态吸附工艺条件下,NKA-9树脂脱蛋白率达87.2%,多糖保留率达75.6%。对NKA-9树脂的动态吸附性能研究表明,流速为3BV/h,树脂床径高比为1∶15,树脂处理量为30mg/mL时,NKA-9树脂脱蛋白率为88.1%,多糖保留率为78.6%。Deproteinization and polysaccharide-keeping effects of resins AB-8, D101, S-8, NKA-9, 0018, Dl13, 201*7, D301 for aqueous polysaccharide extract from Actinidia arguta were compared. On the basis of static adsorption experiments, the good resin was selected to fulfill the dynamic adsorption experiments. The results showed that under optimum static adsorption conditions, the deprotein rate and recovery rate of polysaccharide were 87.2%, 75.6%, respectively. When the dynamic absorption capacity was 30 mg/mL (the flow rate was 3 BV/h, the ratio of diameter to height of the resin column was 1 : 15), the deprotein rate and recovery rate ofpolysaccharide were 88.1% and 78.6%, respectively.
