摘 要:教科研是高职院校教师目前最薄弱的环节之一。本文通过对广东8所高职院校工科类教师340人教科研情况问卷调查,部分走访,23个测量指标使用概率统计及相关性分析。通过分析可知:高学历高职称教师在高职院校中所占比例偏低,教师教科研能力仍较薄弱,大部分教师没有校企合作及接触科技行政部门意识,部分教师没有参考文献的意识,教师对晋升副高以上职称缺乏信心。据此,本文提出国家政策导向,学院建立一套完善的教科研成果奖励考核制度、专业带头人考核制度、教师下企业考核制度等指标体系,根据责、权、利相一致的原则严格考核,促进高职教师提高教科研能力。Teaching and research is one of the weakest points of higher vocational college teachers.This article is based on a research which surveyed 340 teachers in 8 higher vocational colleges in Guangdong, and performs probability and statistics and correlation analysis of 23 indexes.Through the analysis, we know higher degree or professional teachers are in low proportion in higher vocational colleges, and teachers' educational research ability is still weak.Most of the teachers have no school-enterprise cooperation and no consciousness of contacting science and technology administrative departments.Some have no consciousness of bibliography, teachers lack of confidence on promotion to high titles.Accordingly, this paper puts forward the national policy guidance, to establish a set of perfect scientific research achievements appraisal system in colleges, teachers' professional leaders in enterprise performance evaluation system and index system, according to the responsibilities, fights, and consistent with the principle of strict examination, to promote ability. higher vocational teachers to improve the teaching scientific research
