摘  要:为检验索塔结合段承压板底的压浆效果,首先,设计了3个承压板底压浆工艺比例模型,分别采用一次性连续压浆工艺、间断式压浆工艺对比例模型进行了压浆。其次,揭开钢模板,通过肉眼观察评价了压浆层表观质量。再基于数字化图像处理技术,采用图像灰度化、去噪处理、边缘检测、边缘腐蚀和膨胀等一系列算法对压浆层表面图像进行了转化。最后,采用阈值分割和图像二值化技术对压浆层表面接触率进行了定量计算。现场实施效果证明,基于数字图像处理技术的压浆层表面接触率定量评价方法具有精度高、操作便捷等优点,具有较高的推广应用前景。In order to check the grouting performance under bearing plate of cable pylon connection, first, 3 scale models of grouting process under bearing plate are designed, disposable continuous grouting technology and intermittent grouting technology are adopted to grout the scale models respectively. Second, uncovered the steel template, then the apparent quality of grouting layer was evaluated by macroscopic observation. Moreover, based on digital image processing technology, using the image gray processing, the denoising processing, edge detection, edge corrosion and inflation and a series of algorithms for grouting layer surface image transformation; Finally, grouting layer surface contact rate is calculated quantitatively by using threshold segmentation and image binarization technology. Field test results showed that: using digital image processing technology to quantitative evaluation surface contact rate of grouting layer has high precision, convenient operation, etc. , it has a higher application prospect.
