摘　　要：随着高校成人教育办学模式改革和中小企业转型升级的形势日益严峻,高校成人教育与企业教育的相互融合、协同创新变得日益重要。文章从高校成人教育与企业教育融合现状及存在问题这一现实背景出发,通过资源依赖理论的视角,结合我校的办学实践,提出了高校成人教育与企业教育深度融合推进策略。With the increasingly serious situation of the reform of collegeadult education mode and the transformation and upgrading of small and medlum-sized enterprises, it has become increasingly important to do the fusion and collaborative innovation of college adult education and enterprise education. From the realistic background of current situation and existing problems of the college adult education and enterprise education, combined with the teaching practice of our school, the article puts forward the deep fusion strategy of college adult education and enterprise education in the view of resource dependence theory.
