摘 要:针对白车身自动化焊装流水线上的机器人后轮罩滚边工位,运用西门子产品生命周期管理的Tecnomatix系列软件eM-workplace(Robcad)模块,对机器人滚边工艺方案进行了设计,完成了工位运动仿真,验证了方案的可行性.同时,在Robcad里生成滚边离线程序,并将程序载入现场机器人进行调试运行.Aiming at the rear wheelhouse hemming workplace in BIW automated welding lines, a hemming technology project was designed by application of the Siemens product life management (PLM)Tecnomatix series software eM-workplaee(Robead) module. The motion simulation was conducted and the feasibility of the project was verified. The robot hemming off-line programming (OLP) was generated and the final program was loaded into the site robot and then debugged and commissioned successfully.
