摘　　要：目的:探讨PBL教学在中医专业医学影像学临床教学的应用。方法:将90名影像科实习学生随机分为两组,实验组采用PBL教学,对照组按传统教学进行学习。实习结束对两组学生进行理论考核及实验组学生进行PBL教学评价。结论:实验组的客观测试成绩与对照组无显著性差异,但在病例分析上两组有统计学差异。调查结果显示PBL教学在激发学习兴趣、提高学习能力及协作表达上具有积极作用。PBL教学能充分调动学生的积极性,值得进一步推广。Objective： To discuss application of the PBL on medical imaging teaching within the cliuical training domain for students majoring in TCM. Methods： 90 interns were randomly divided into 2 groups, the experimental group （EG） and the control group （CG）. The EG had PBL tutorials, while the CG had traditional tutorials. Upon completion of the internship, a test was taken to evalu-ate students＇speculative knowledge, and a questionnaire asked students to assess their perceptions of the learning process. Conclusion： The result shows that the EG students gained higher scores and degrees of satisfaction, which proves that the PBL pedagogy is more competitive than the traditional one.
