摘 要:目的:探讨PBL教学在中医专业医学影像学临床教学的应用。方法:将90名影像科实习学生随机分为两组,实验组采用PBL教学,对照组按传统教学进行学习。实习结束对两组学生进行理论考核及实验组学生进行PBL教学评价。结论:实验组的客观测试成绩与对照组无显著性差异,但在病例分析上两组有统计学差异。调查结果显示PBL教学在激发学习兴趣、提高学习能力及协作表达上具有积极作用。PBL教学能充分调动学生的积极性,值得进一步推广。Objective: To discuss application of the PBL on medical imaging teaching within the cliuical training domain for students majoring in TCM. Methods: 90 interns were randomly divided into 2 groups, the experimental group (EG) and the control group (CG). The EG had PBL tutorials, while the CG had traditional tutorials. Upon completion of the internship, a test was taken to evalu-ate students'speculative knowledge, and a questionnaire asked students to assess their perceptions of the learning process. Conclusion: The result shows that the EG students gained higher scores and degrees of satisfaction, which proves that the PBL pedagogy is more competitive than the traditional one.
