摘  要:目的:探讨研究式教学法在神经病学八年制临床见习中的应用和教学效果。方法:八年制医学生分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用研究式教学体系,对照组采用传统教学方法,通过出科考核及问卷调查的方式评价教学效果。结果:研究组在考试的总分、基础理论知识的得分上明显高于后者(P<0.05);学生对研究式教学模式满意度较高。结论:研究式教学法能激发学生对科学研究的兴趣,在提高学生创新思维和科研能力方面有良好的效果。Objective : To explore the application and eftects of "research style" teaching method to eight-year program medical students in neurology clinical teaching. Methods : 24 medical students in 8-year program from the class 2005 in our medical school were random- ly selected and divided into two groups: students (n = 12) in the trial group received "research style" teaching method;students (n = 12 ) in the control group received traditional teaching method only. At the end of neurology clinical rotation, all of the 24 medical students were required to take the rotation-ending exam and questionnaire investigation. The difference of teaching effects between the control group and trial group were compared and evaluated by comparing the difference of students'test results between the two groups. Results: The students in the trial group had a significant higher score in examinational total score and in questionnaire investigation, specially (both P 〈 0.05. Meanwhile, students in the "research style" trial group clearly exhibited satisfaction to the "research style" teaching method. Conclusions: This study suggests that "research style" teaching method show more benefits than traditional teaching method on improving the medical students'learning enthusiasm, developing their clinical thought in their clinical rotation in neurology.
