高校教学队伍与精品课程建设的探索与思考

摘　　要：精品课程的建设是一项综合性工程,教学队伍建设一直都是精品课程建设最主要、最关键的环节。建设一支学历高、结构合理、人员稳定、师德高尚的团队,是精品课程可持续发展的必然条件。本文分析了新时期精品课程对教师的要求,结合重庆邮电大学精品课程《电信传输原理》的建设实践,讨论高素质教学队伍的打造,探索利用教学队伍支持精品课程建设的有效途径。The construction of excellent course is a comprehensive engineering and one of the most important is teaching team construction. The goal of excellent course can be reached only when a teaching team with high education background, rational construction, noble morality, high teaching level is constructed. This paper combined the construction practice of Chongqing excellent course--Telecom Transmission Theory, explored effective way to promote and combine the excellent course and teaching team construction.
