摘 要:随着社会经济的发展,教师教育面临许多新情况、新问题和新挑战,需要我们在理论上思考和实践中探索,需要我们在研究教师教育中培养教师,深刻理解和把握教师教育必须坚持精英教育、质量为本,政府主导、政策调控,区分层次、分类培养,立德树人、师德为先,实践取向、能力为重,继承创新、符合国情等基本原则,不断提高教师教育的质量和水平。With the development of social economy, teacher education will have to iace many new situation, new problems and new challenges. These issues need us to think over the theory and explore in practice. So as to enhance the quality and level of teacher education, we must train teach- ers by studying the teacher education, and understand deeply the substance of teacher education fun- damental principles about elite education, quality first, government leading, policy regulation, dis- criminating gradations, training according to class, training by moral example, stressing teacher mo- rality, orienting to practice, emphasizing ability, innovation with inheritance, and meeting country conditions.
