摘  要:分别采用水、乙醇和乙酸乙酯对棘托竹荪(Dictyophora echinovolvata)菌盖活性成分进行提取,结果表明:乙醇和乙酸乙酯提取物中不含多糖类物质,3种提取物中均含有三萜和黄酮类物质。抗氧化活性检测结果表明:3种提取物对·OH、DPPH·、·O2-清除率以及对Fe2+螯合能力均呈量效关系;对·OH和DPPH·的清除能力醇提物最强,水提物对·O2-清除率和对Fe2+螯合能力最好。Hot (85 C ) aqueous, ethanolic and ethyl acetate extracts of Dictyophora echinovolvata pilei were assessed for total polysaccharide, crude triterpenoid and total flavonoid content. Triterpcnoids, flavonoids and polysaccharides were present in all three extracts but polysaccharides were detected only in the aqueous extracts. All three extracts exhibited dose-dependent DPPH , O2 and OH scavenging, and Fe2+ chelating, activities. Ethanolic extracts exhibited highest DPPH and OH scavenging activities, whereas aqueous extracts were most effective in scavenging 02 - and chelating Fe2+ .
