摘  要:通过对参与实验教学过程的实验教学人员的岗位特性和职责进行分析,提出实验教学人员高素质的人员投入、严格的管理和服务、实验员与教师间的良好沟通与配合是影响实验教学质量的重要因素,实验教学人员教学质量的优劣将直接影响整个教学的顺利进行。基于实验教学人员岗位的特殊性,对于新时期高校实验教学人员的职责和任务提出了更高的要求,同时对实验教学模式提出了新的探讨和设想,要逐步转变为学生为主体、教师为主导的教学模式,以使实验教学更好地服务于学生,促进教学质量的不断提高。Starting with the cultivation of practical ability and innovative spirit of high-quality talents in universities, this paper analyzes the post characteristics and responsibilities of the experimental teaching staffs in the process of experiment teaching. It is put forward that high-quality personnel, strict management and services, good communications between laboratory technicians and teachers are important factors affecting the quality of experimental teaching. Teaching quality of the experimental teaching staffs will directly affect the entire teaching whether or not is carried out smoothly. Based on the post particularity of the experimental teaching staffs, this paper proposes higher requirements to the responsibilities and tasks of the experimental teaching staffs in the new period. "It also proposes a new discuss and idea of the experimental teaching mode, it should be changed the students as the main body and the teachers as the leaders, in order to serve for the students more better, to promote the improvement of teaching quality.
