现代职业教育体系研究的现状、困境与展望

摘　　要：从研究内容、研究方法等11个维度对中国知网北大中文核心期刊文献关于现代职业教育体系的研究成果进行统计和分析,结果发现,目前现代职业教育体系的研究虽然取得了一定的进展,但仍存在着方法论选择失当、研究内容不够全面,基础理论定位不准、建设目标不够清晰,基础研究欠缺、难以指导实践,实证研究匮乏、科学依据不够充足,实践经验升华不够、难以形成有效政策建议等问题。因此,在今后的研究中,研究方法和视角应从局部转向总体,逐步增加实证研究和因果性研究,注重基础理论重构和基本理论研究,将理论研究和实践相结合,不断加大国际交流力度。In order to make clear the progress of the researches of the modern vocational and technical education system, this paper takes the China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database of the China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）as research database, and the Chinese core journals recognized by the library of Peking University as the main research samples, and select 11 factors such as the research content, research methods, and so on, as the dimensions for the statistics and analysis. The research findings are that although the researches of the modern vocational and technical education system have made some progress at present but some deficiencies are as follows： the wrong choice of methodology, the incomprehensive research content, the basic theory without accurate positioning, the construction without clear objectives, the lack of basic research without clear practical orientation, the deficiency of empirical researches with scientific basis, and the lack of sublimation from practical experience for policy recommendations. Therefore, the future research should change the method and focus on the whole instead of the part, increase the empirical study and the causal research step by step, pay more attention to the basic theory and theory research, apply more practice to theoretical research, make the topic rich and deep and draw more lessons from international experience through the comparison.
