摘 要:目的探索基础医学与临床护理一体化融合课程体系方式,为高职护理人才培养模式改革提供可借鉴的范例。方法在2010级护理专业新生中,随机抽取2个班共110名作为实验班,入学时即按一体化融合课程体系培养,并实施"理论与临床实践同步教学"工学交替人才培养途径;在2009级护理专业新生中,随机抽取2个班共110名作为对照班,按传统基础-临床-实习的三段式人才培养模式培养。对学生和用人单位进行问卷调查。结果90%学生认为"一体化融合"教学模式合理或比较合理;84%学生认为按"人体系统"来设置课程合理或比较合理;80%学生认为系统见习安排合理或比较合理;84%学生认为按"人体系统"上课对于避免基础知识的遗忘很有帮助或有帮助;86%学生认为系统见习对加强理论联系实际的能力很有帮助或有帮助。用人单位对实验班和对照班毕业生的评价显示,实验班在适应能力、护理专业知识、观察病情、语言表达、沟通能力、综合素质6个条目优良率显著高于对照班(P<0.05)。结论高职护理专业基础医学与临床护理一体化融合课程体系的构建,解决了基础医学与临床护理脱节的难题,"理论与临床实践同步教学"工学交替的培养途径解决了理论与临床脱节的难题,有助于增强学生的综合能力。Objective To explore an integrated curriculum system of basic medicine and clinical nursing and to provide evidence for the reform of talent training of higher vocational nursing. Methods An integrated curriculum of basic medicine and clinical nursing was applied for the talent development of 110 freshmen in grade 2010 taken as experiment class while traditional curriculum for another 110 nursing freshmen in grade 2009 taken as control class. A survey was conducted among students and employers. Results Totally 90% Of the students preferred the integrated curriculum. Feedback from employers indicated that students in experiment class performed better in the aspects of adaptability, nursing professional knowledge, disease observation, expression and communication competence and comprehensive ability (P〈0.05). Conclusion The development of integrated curriculum benefits the combination of basic medicine and clinical nursing, which helps to improve students' comprehensive ability.
