摘　　要：随着人们对野生动物保护意识的增强,深海鲨鱼的过度捕捞,以及环境的破坏对深海鱼类的污染,使得鲨鱼肝油越来越少。近年来人们在研究从植物油中提取角鲨烯来替代从鲨鱼肝油中提取角鲨烯方面取得了一定的进展。介绍了角鲨烯的来源和分布,角鲨烯在不同植物油和脱臭馏出物中的含量,并对从植物油及其副产物中提取植物源角鲨烯的不同工艺进行了重点论述,对开展从植物油及其副产物中提取角鲨烯的进一步研究和拓展其工业应用具有积极的意义。With the increasing awareness of protection for wild animals, oveffishing of deep - sea shark and environmental contamination to deep - sea fishes, the liver oil of shark is diminishing. In recent years, people in the study of squalene extraction from vegetable oils instead of extraction from shark has made some progress. The source and distribution of squalene, its contents in different vegetable oils and deodorized distillate were introducted, and squalene extraction technologies from vegetable oils and its by - products were mainly discussed, which had a positive meaning on the further research and industrial application of squalene extraction from vegetable oils and its by -products.
