摘 要:道德原则是教师在生活中处理与其他主体关系的基本依据。不同生活领域内教师依据的道德原则不相同。随着教师职业生活向教师专业生活的转变,教师职业道德也逐渐向教师专业道德转型。教师专业道德是教师在专业生活中形成的道德原则的总和。当前,教师专业生活与职业道德体系存在脱节,亟须建立与教师专业生活相匹配的专业道德体系。由于教师专业生活的道德实践属性,教师专业道德具有异于职业道德的实践品格。这种品格以价值排序、灵活调整以及为促进学生全面发展为表征,它鼓励教师直面专业道德实践的各种困境,并进行合理的专业道德决策,从而做出恰当的道德行为。Ethical principles are the basis for the teachers to deal with the relationships between themselves and other subjects in life. Teachers depend on different ethical principles in their different life fields. With the changing from teachers" vocational life to teachers" professional life, the transformation also has happened from teachers" vocational ethics to teachers" professional ethics. Teachers" professional ethics are the sum of ethical principles from teachers" professional life. Nowadays, there is a mismatching between teachers" professional life and vocational ethics, so it's an urgency to build the professional ethics which matches with teachers" professional life. Because of the moral practice attribute of teachers" professional life, teachers" professional ethics has a practical character different from vocational ethics. This character is characterized by value ranking, proper adjustment and for the overall development of students, which encourages teachers to face all kinds of dilemmas in professional moral practice, and make reasonable professional moral decisions, so as to make proper moral behaviours.
