摘　　要：无论对于教育、管理还是社会问题,"创新"都成为时代的关键词,特别是在高等学校,创新及创业教育正在成为教师和学生追逐的热点。可是创新究竟是怎样发生的,传统社会为什么不能创新,信息化时代为什么成了创新的时代,人才和组织以及社会如何才能持续创新以推动个人、组织以及社会的持续发展,是该文所要研究的主要问题。Whether for education, management or social problems, 'innovation' has become key word in the era, especially in colleges and universities, innovation and entrepreneurship education are becoming a hot chase between teachers and students. But how innovation actually happened, traditional social can't innovate, but information age does.how to achieve continuous innovation in order to promote the sustainable development of individuals, organizations and society is the main problems in this paper.
