摘  要:为了深化实验教学对于学员能力的培养,同时适应军队岗位任职需求,以"任务驱动"教学法为实验教学改革的切入点,通过分析现行实验教学模式、方法、环节中的薄弱环节,对实验教学进行了全面改革,规划了实验教学环节,提出了"基本实验学时与外延学时相结合"的课程安排,加强了实验教学与岗位任职衔接,完善了实验教学的评价体系。通过实验教学各个环节的协调促进,学员自主操作、分析实验的积极性增强,基本操作技能得到了锻炼和规范,有效地提升了实验教学的效果。In order to deepen the cultivation of students ability in the experimental teaching, meet the demands of future occupation in military, by taking the teaching process of task-driving a~ the key points for experimental teaching reformation, analyzing weak points on the current experimental teaching pattern,teaching method and teaching process, a comprehensive reform of the experiment teaching has been achieved. And the new course arrangement has been taken, the job-duty connection with experimental teaching has been strengthened, and the experimental evaluation system has been improved. Through the coordination of all aspects in experiment,1 teaching reformation, the enthusiasm of independent operation and analysis has been strengthened, and the basic skill in operation has been experienced and specified, the effects of teaching has been improved significantly.
